By creating an account you agree to these terms. They exist mostly to say two things: be decent to other people, and do not cheat.
Your account
You must be 13 or older. Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.
Acceptable use
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour.
You may not post, send or upload:
- Sexual content, nudity, or anything sexualising a minor
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeting an individual
- Hate speech, or content attacking people for who they are
- Violence, gore, or promotion of self-harm or disordered eating
- Illegal content, or the promotion of illegal drugs including anabolic steroids
- Spam, scams, or impersonation of another person
- Anyone else's photograph without their permission
The community guidelines explain these rules in more detail.
How this is enforced
Filtering. Captions, photo descriptions, comments, usernames and display names are checked against a list of blocked terms as you post them. Anything that matches is refused.
Reporting. Every Check In and comment can be reported from its ⋯ menu, and the person who posted it can be blocked from the same menu. Players can also be reported and blocked from their profile. Once three different people report the same post or comment, it is hidden automatically, straight away, before anyone has reviewed it.
Review. The LEVL team reviews every report, once a day. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Fair play
LEVL is competitive. Do not:
- Log training you did not do, in order to gain XP, rank or win duels
- Modify, reverse-engineer or automate the app to alter your scores
- Use another person's account or data as your own
We may correct, reset or remove scores, ranks and rewards obtained this way, and may terminate accounts that do it repeatedly.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant us a licence to store and display it inside LEVL so the app can function, for example showing your Check In to the friends you posted it to. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
Health disclaimer
LEVL is not medical advice. It records training you choose to do and estimates figures such as one-rep maxes from formulas that are approximations, not measurements. Do not treat any number in this app as a safe weight to lift. Training carries risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before starting a programme, and stop if something hurts.
Virtual items
Coins, packs, cosmetics, titles and pass rewards are earned by using LEVL. They are never sold for real money, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed or discontinued. Losing them is not a loss of property.
Availability
LEVL is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be available or free of faults, and we are not liable for lost data beyond what the law requires. If you play as a guest, keep your backup code (Profile › Export my data) if your history matters to you.
Ending it
You may delete your account at any time in the app: tap your picture at the top right, then Delete account. The account deletion page explains what is removed. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms.
